Initial Consultation & First Treatment 75-90 minutes
Your initial consultation includes a thorough review of your personal and medical history. A complete Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) diagnostic questionnaire will be sent to you via email when you schedule your first appointment. If you prefer, the questionnaire can alternatively be completed with Jolyn during initial intake.
Your first treatment immediately follows the initial consultation. Based off of your chief complaint(s) and health history Jolyn will create an individualized treatment blending a combination of various healing modalities.

FOLLOW UP TREATMENT 60 Minutes
Jolyn will outline her proposed treatment plan after your first session, this will vary greatly from person to person. Essentially the follow up treatment builds on the foundation established in the initial treatment. If it’s an acute imbalance two or three treatments may be enough to resolve the issue. For chronic imbalances expect to be put on a longer term care plan.
*Chinese Medicine works best when treatments are done close together in the beginning, for example twice per week. Once you begin to feel significant relief the frequency of treatments decreases to once a week or once every two weeks. It is recommended to continue treatments monthly or seasonally for maintenance. Acupuncture is commonly used in China and the West as an form of preventive medicine for optimum well being and longevity.
cupping &/0r gua Sha 45 minutes
Cupping and/or Gua Sha can be done as a stand alone service if desired. A highly effective therapy for getting the blood moving and releasing stagnation. Also used for the recovery from lungs issues and coughs.
Chinese herb consults 45 minutes
For those desiring to work solely with Chinese Herbal Medicine therapies it is possible to just do an Herbal Consultation. There is an health concern/health history questionnaire required prior to consult to better assist me in assisting you with the right herbs to support you.
acupuncture, steaming, & sound healing 90 minutes
A customized constitutional Acupuncture attunement that includes:
Vibrational sound healing in the form of tuning forks used on specific Acupuncture points & Charkas to enhance deep relaxation and healing
A steam session utilizing one of our handcrafted Full Moon Cedar steam saunas for ultimate comfort. The length of the steam session and herbs used varies from person to person depending on your presentation.
*If needles aren’t your thing they can be omitted and Acutonics & Acupressure will be used instead
Pelvic steaming
CONSULTATION & STEAM SESSION 60-75 minutes
Prior to your session you will receive a questionnaire to be filled out before we meet. During the first consultation we will go over your intake form & concerns. For those who bleed this will include a full moon cycle analysis, for those in second spring (post menopausal) & non- bleeding bodies we'll take a deep dive into health history & address current imbalances. Once we’ve completed the consultation you will do your first steam session in my office or in the comfort of your own home if you so choose.
*Price of herbs for one session is included in your initial consult.

For those who are have experience with pelvic steaming. If you have never steamed with me before I’ll have you fill out a brief questionnaire ruling out any contraindications for steaming at this time. If needed we’ll do a quick check in prior to your steam session to determine proper steam set up and herbal formula for you current presentation.
